A signed Letter of Intent establishes a winery's interest in leasing a winemaking/tasting/office space in Les Garagistes. By its date, it also establishes a winery's order of priority, to be considered in addition to financial strength, wine quality, production quantity and approach. After receipt of the Letter of Intent, Les Garagistes will meet with interested wineries to discuss next steps, focusing first on gaining an understanding of their winemaking program and winemaking production needs.
